Delivery Information

Products are shipped from our own warehouses or offices from Trombay in Mumbai district in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you

Within the City - 2-3 Days,
Within the Region - 3-4 Days,
Metro Cities - 3-5 Days,
Rest of India - 4-7 Days,
Special Regions - 7-9 Days.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.

Delivery challan/Invoice attached to the Product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address mentioned by you at the time of order. We take no responsibility for products signed by any other person other than you who have placed an order for the product.

Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for any damage of products after delivery. Once delivered, the products will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the return policy.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of product needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy itself and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
